Tracking starts in the early morning, around 8:30 a.m., and can last from a few hours today depending on the movement of these giant apes.
Gorillas are huge animals which can weigh up to over 200 kilograms especially for the fully grown males. They are mainly active from the time they wake up to look for food till evening when the sun sets. When you eyes discern unto these primates it will be like a day dream but it would be a reality by then, prove me right or wrong once you are there.
Enjoy a Community Walk Tour through The Batwa Trail, or ‘Twa people are one of the last groups of short-statured people also known as ‘pygmy’ people, and until Bwindi Rainforest was gazetted as a National Park they lived a hunter gather lifestyle in the forest.
